Elderberries picked from hedgerows in late autumn are used to make this traditional country wine, oak matured to promote development of the complex flavours. A lovely crisp fruity wine which goes well with red meat, strong cheese or spaghetti, or lovely on its own. Alcohol content 12%. 75cl.
