Historic Royal Palaces Enterprises Ltd is the trading arm of the charity, and all profits from retail sales are gift-aided to the charity to enable us to continue to conserve these fabulous palaces for future generations.
How to order
At the top right of the home page is a gold crown shopping basket icon. This is your shopping basket and is always on the screen. Once you have found the item you wish to buy, choose the quantity you require and then add it to your basket. To view the contents of your basket at any time just click on the basket icon.
You can keep adding products to your basket until you are ready to complete the order. While viewing the contents of your basket you can change quantities or remove items at any time.
The checkout process
Our aim is to make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible. You will be asked for the billing and delivery address and also a contact number and email address.
The final step is to give us your payment details and to confirm the order. Once you have confirmed your order an online confirmation page will be displayed with details of your purchase and your order number. This number will also be confirmed to you by email and be required if you contact us with a query regarding your order.
A confirmation email will be sent when we start processing your order and you will then receive a further email when your order has left our warehouse.
All purchases are subject to availability. If a product is no longer available or out of stock you will be advised by phone or email as soon as possible and provided with a new delivery date, if applicable.
Not all our products are sold online. If you cannot see the product you are looking for, please contact our Customer Services team at email@example.com
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information onto the system. VAT is deducted on the products where the delivery address is outside the EU, in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs regulations. The total cost of your order is the price of the items ordered plus postage and packing charges as set out in Delivery.
Payment can be made using any of the following cards or using PayPal:

All cardholders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not accept payment by cheque, cash or postal orders.
Processing is reserved against your card at the time the order is placed, but will not be charged until the order is despatched. If for some reason a purchase fails, due to problems with payment details, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email within one working day. Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
