The Tower Shop

The Tower Shop is the Tower of London's flagship retail outlet. Located at the Tower's main entrance in a Victorian building known as the Salvin Pumphouse, this two-storey store showcases an extensive souvenir range as well as gifts, jewellery and a large collection of books on the first floor. The striking interior design displays these products around the main themes of the Tower, from prisoners and torture to ravens and Crown Jewels. You do not need a Tower ticket to visit the Tower Shop.

The Jewel House Shop
For beautiful and unique jewellery inspired by the Crown Jewels, visit the Tower's Jewel House Shop. Many of the pieces on sale are specially made for this shop, which can be found in the Lower Martin Tower where the Crown Jewels were displayed for 200 years from the mid-17th to the mid-19th century. A wide selection of costume jewellery and one-off pieces are available, as well as products created in sterling silver and 9, 14 and 18-carat gold.

The White Tower Shop
The mighty White Tower is the oldest medieval building at the Tower of London, founded by William the Conqueror in 1066-7. Visitors will discover its atmospheric shop in the basement where the Tower's torture chambers are said to have been. As the White Tower is the historical home of the Royal Armouries' collection of arms and armour, this is the shop to visit to purchase replica armour as well as other exciting toys, games and gifts.

The Beefeater Shop
The world-famous Yeoman Warders, or 'Beefeaters', are hugely popular with visitors to the Tower. Known the world over in their scarlet uniforms as icons of Britain, the Beefeater Shop brings together, under one roof, all the products associated with this unique band of men. Situated in Water Lane near the Tower entrance, this is where you will find a fun assortment of Beefeater-inspired gifts with everything from an exclusive range of china to soft toys and confectionary.

The Medieval Palace Shop
This shop stands on part of the site of the Tower's medieval Great Hall, sadly no longer standing. This building was so ancient that it had fallen into disrepair even by Tudor times. This was where the kings and queens of England lived at the Tower of London and Anne Boleyn's coronation banquet was held here. The Medieval Palace Shop explores historic themes with a range of gifts including tapestries, cushions, stone gargoyles and books.

The Barrack Block Shop
Located in the former palace barracks near the palace's impressive Tudor West Front, this lofty, spacious shop offers an extensive range of products from china, and food and drink to the ever-popular guidebooks and children's stationery. The Base Court Shop
Located in one of the oldest parts of the palace, the Base Court Shop can be found between Base Court and Clock Court. In this historic location can be found many products inspired by the Tudor period in materials such as china, glass and textiles.

The Tudor Kitchens Shop
This shop, situated adjacent to Henry VIII's impressive Wine Cellar, has been designed and stocked to reflect the appearance and atmosphere of the famous Tudor Kitchens themselves. On sale is a wide range of traditional kitchen equipment and food to tempt the palate, as well as a huge range of pewter and copperware that would be a worthy addition to any kitchen.

Kensington Palace Shop
Recently refurbished, the Kensington Palace shop reflects the intimate and tranquil atmosphere of this pretty palace, where Queen Victoria was born and Queen Anne and George II both resided. The shop stocks a wide variety of gifts inspired by the palace's history and décor, ranging from exclusively-designed china to lace accessories, guidebooks and postcards. Yellow Drawing Room
The latest development within HRP retail, a whole new shopping experience has been created in the palace's Yellow Drawing Room. This traditional English drawing room exudes luxury and comfort and promotes the pleasure of shopping in calm and refined surroundings. The lifestyle products on offer include china dinnerware, cutlery and glassware, all inspired by the décor and craftsmanship of the Historic Royal Palaces; table linens, desktop accessories and leather-bound books. The Banqueting House Shop
The only remaining complete building of Whitehall Palace, the Banqueting House is famous for its magnificent ceiling painted by the 17th-century Flemish artist, Sir Peter Paul Rubens and also for being the scene of King Charles I's execution. The Banqueting House has a small shop that stocks an extensive range of palace-inspired gifts such as an exquisite range of 22-carat gold fine bone china depicting panels from the ceiling and souvenirs such as guidebooks and postcards.
