Age verification

How does age verification work?

Our checkout age verification software checks multiple sources eg. the UK electoral register to ensure the person ordering age verified goods is legally allowed to purchase.

Why am I not being verified?

1. Shipping address does not match

Alcohol and other age verified goods can only be delivered to persons over the age of 18 at a UK address. If the delivery address entered in checkout does not match your home address, you may not be automatically verified. Please try shipping to your residential address.

2. Browser caching issues

If your browser has stored address information from a previous website visit, this can affect age verification. To resolve this, you need to clear your browser cache
