Tinkture Rose Gin is a light and delicate London Dry style gin, with a hint of citrus, presented in a Victorian style apothecary bottle. Hand crafted in Cornwall in small batches, this beautiful amber-coloured gin is distilled in traditional alembic copper pot stills from just 8 organic ingredients, allowing the delicate and complex flavour of the fresh David Austin rose petals to really sing.
Juniper and Coriander are the key ‘Gin’ tasting notes, providing a gentle depth and warmth but with rose petals handpicked in limited batches, the flavour, colour and scent changes over time, creating unique vintages each season and making rose gin a living, natural gin. Golden amber in colour, it turns a beautiful pink when mixed with a quality tonic - perfect for parties. It is also fantastic served in a Tom Collins, Negroni or Martini.
