An antique style blue topaz and diamond ring set in luxurious 9ct yellow gold.
Beautiful blue topaz, first discovered by the Romans is known as a stone of peace and healing. A shared birthstone of November, along with Citrine and very popular choice for modern jewellery. It is formed by fluorine-bearing vapours given off during the last stages of the crystallization of igneous rocks. The name “topaz” comes from “Topazios”, the old Greek name for a small island in the Red Sea, now called “Zabargad”.
