Henry VIII married his second wife, Anne Boleyn, in 1533 and she was proclaimed Queen only days after the annulment of his marriage to Catherine of Aragon. They had one daughter, Elizabeth (later Queen Elizabeth I). Anne was executed at the Tower of London in 1536 for treason.
