Historically, gauntlets were an important piece of armour that were used by soldiers and knights to protect their hands and arms which were particularly vulnerable in hand-to-hand combat.
These gauntlets are inspired by Gothic Armour popular during the late 15th century.
This magnificent pair of expertly crafted gauntlets is fully articulated and constructed from polished steel.
The excellent articulation allows for full movement and they come complete with soft leather gloves which are attached for easy wear. These gothic gauntlets are suitable for re-enactments and are perfect for LARP and live history.
