This heraldic shield tree decoration has been inspired by the Royal emblems of England and features lions and fleur de lis.

Lions have been used in Royal English heraldry since Norman times and heraldic shields usually featured two lions throughout the 12th century.

The fleur de lis was added to the Royal Arms of England after King Edward III laid claim to the throne of France.

This unique Royal England shield tree decoration is beautifully handmade using metal and silk threads on a satin background with a foam filling.
