      Nail care:

      Never file nails immediately after bathing as this is when they are at their weakest and most likely to split. Be careful not to file nails too short, as this may cause pain and bleeding. This is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children.

      File nails in one direction only. Start from the edge of the nail and work towards the centre using long, sweeping strokes until you have achieved your desired shape.
