A Great Helm from the 13th Century, this Knight Templar Helm was popular where the order was at the height of its power.
Made from polished 18 gauge steel with a padded lining cap. The helm is decorated by a large black cross and a smaller antiqued brass cross at the centre.
The Knights Templar were a crusading order of knights formed in the 11th century to help provide safe passage for pilgrims travelling through the holy land.
